If you are unsure if you want to book a full cognitive assessment as yet, our Pre Assessment Cognitive Screening Service may be a good place to start. This service is £41 plus VAT, total £49.20 including VAT.

Step 3: A member of our team will book a telephone appointment with you for your 30 minutes cognitive skills pre-assessment consultation

If after completing this process, you wish to book a full cognitive assessment, you will receive £40 discount on the full cognitive assessment price.

Please note this Pre Assessment Screening Service is non-refundable. All telephone consultation appointments date/ time can be amended once and re-booked.
